AI Providers
WalletDog chooses visual readers for reliability, speed, and responsible cost. This page identifies the providers currently allowed to process customer-selected images.
OpenAI
Purpose: Read merchant, amount, billing schedule, and charge date from customer-selected screenshots and photos.
Storage setting: WalletDog requests stateless processing and does not ask the API to store responses for later retrieval.
Training: OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models.
Security retention: OpenAI states that API content may be retained in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days unless stricter data-retention controls apply.
Provider changes
WalletDog may add, replace, or remove providers as visual-model quality and cost change. Any provider must be used only to perform WalletDog's reading service and must not use WalletDog submissions for advertising. This page will be updated before a new provider processes customer images.
