WalletDog could not read a charge
Make sure the merchant, price, and charge date are visible. You can retake the photo, choose another screenshot, or enter the details manually.
An alarm did not appear
Open WalletDog and confirm the charge says Alarm On. Also check the alarm permissions WalletDog shows in Settings. If the app could not schedule the alarm, the charge remains Alarm Off and explains what needs attention.
The alarm helped me cancel
On the alarm screen, choose Turn Off This Alarm and then I Canceled It. Harley will celebrate the avoided charge and add it to your Savings history.
Purchases
WalletDog access is purchased through Apple or Google and renews annually unless canceled. Use Restore Existing Purchase if you already subscribed with the same store account. WalletDog creates a money alarm before its own renewal.
Important
WalletDog is a money alarm clock. It reminds you about charges but does not cancel merchant accounts or prove that a merchant cancellation succeeded.
