Delete WalletDog data

Delete data stored on your device

Open WalletDog, use the menu on a charge card, and select Remove to delete that charge, its alarm, and its saved image. Removing WalletDog from your phone deletes all locally stored charges, images, alarms, preferences, and history.

Request deletion of server-side records

Email norman@cloudwitnesstechnologies.com with the subject “WalletDog data deletion request.” State that you use the Android or iPhone app. WalletDog will delete server-side installation and request-usage records that can be associated with your installation, except records that must be retained temporarily for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

WalletDog does not maintain customer accounts or store submitted image bodies on its server. Visual-model providers may retain submitted content in security or abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
